I like to draw medium to small objects. This corner set-up for doing art seems to be the only solution for using a slanted table with the right light day or night to draw objects that are in front of me. I can make the table lamp taller so as to create good shadows on an object. Lamps aren’t supposed to be in front of artwork so I made it low just for when I am not working.

The painting on the left was by Keely Willoughby now known as Keely Glover. The painting on the right is by Dianne Casey. This room is decorated with art by my EBSQ art friends. I spend a lit of time in here so I like to be reminded of some really nice people.

This is a cozy place to do art in the wintertime don’t you think?
